An evening of music of the heavens, featuring works by
English composers of the 20th and 21st centuries, and
culminating in one of the most ethereal of all choral masterpieces, Gabriel Fauré’s sublime Requiem. In the sacred
surroundings of Manchester Cathedral, this concert offers
space and time for reflection, hope and wonder.
